Terms & Conditions

The terms on which we sell and you use our digital courses.

Last updated: 29 August 2026

These terms govern your use of courses.yashgosign.com and any digital course or material you buy from it. The website is operated by Yash Gusain, an individual based in India, trading as YashGoSign Courses (“we”, “us”).

By using this website or buying a course, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or buy from it.

1. What we sell

We sell digital educational content: pre-recorded video lessons, together with any written notes or downloadable resources included with a course. Courses are delivered online and are self-paced. There are no live classes, scheduled sessions or one-to-one tuition unless a course page expressly says otherwise.

As of 29 August 2026, no course is available for purchase. The purchasing terms below will apply from the point courses go on sale.

2. No accreditation and no guaranteed outcome

This is important, so it is stated plainly:

  • We are not a school, college, university or accredited educational institution, and we are not an accreditation or certification body.
  • Our courses do not lead to any degree, diploma, licence or recognised academic or professional qualification.
  • We do not guarantee any specific educational, professional, academic, business or financial outcome. We make no promise about income, results, employment, admission, audience growth or the success of anything you build.

Our courses describe what we did and what we learned. Your results depend on your own effort, ability, resources, timing, market conditions and many other factors outside our control.

3. Your account and course access

When you buy a course, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view that course for your own individual, non-commercial learning.

Course access is personal to the buyer. You must not:

  • share, sell, rent, sub-licence, gift or transfer your access, access link or credentials to anyone else;
  • use one purchase to provide the course to a group, team, class or organisation;
  • post course access details publicly or anywhere they could be used by others.

You are responsible for keeping your access details private. If we reasonably believe access is being shared or misused, we may suspend or withdraw it — see section 8.

4. Intellectual property

All course content — video, audio, text, slides, worksheets, code, downloads, designs and this website itself — remains our property or that of our licensors. Buying a course buys you the right to watch and learn from it. It does not transfer ownership of anything.

You must not, without our written permission:

  • download, record, screen-capture, copy or reproduce course videos, except by using a download function we deliberately provide;
  • redistribute, republish, resell or share any course content, in whole or in part, by any means;
  • upload course content to any file-sharing service, streaming platform, group chat, drive or other website;
  • use course content to create a competing course or to teach the material commercially;
  • remove or obscure any ownership or attribution notice.

Where a course includes source code, templates or files explicitly provided for you to use in your own projects, you may use them for that purpose. That permission does not extend to redistributing or reselling those files themselves.

5. Payment

  • Prices are shown on the relevant course page before you buy.
  • Prices for India and for international buyers are set independently and may differ. The price shown to you at checkout is the price that applies.
  • Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Your payment is subject to their terms as well as ours. We do not receive or store your card or other payment credentials.
  • Access is granted after payment is confirmed. If a payment fails, is reversed or is charged back, access may be withdrawn.
  • Applicable taxes may be added at checkout, and any bank, currency-conversion or international transaction charges are your responsibility.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms and is incorporated into them by reference. Please read it before buying.

7. Availability of the service

We aim to keep courses available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The site may be unavailable during maintenance, or because of failures in hosting, video delivery, payment or network services we depend on.

Where a course is described as including lifetime access, this means for as long as we continue to operate the platform and the course remains part of it — it is not a guarantee of perpetual availability. If we discontinue the platform entirely, we will give reasonable notice where we can, so you can make use of any material available to download.

8. Your responsibilities and our right to withdraw access

You agree not to:

  • breach section 3 or section 4;
  • attempt to circumvent access controls or payment;
  • disrupt, attack, probe or overload the website or the services it relies on;
  • use the platform for anything unlawful.

If you materially breach these terms, we may suspend or terminate your access without refund. Where the breach is minor or appears accidental, we will normally contact you first and give you a chance to put it right.

9. Changes to courses and content

Courses may be updated, corrected, re-recorded, restructured or extended over time, and individual lessons or resources may be changed or removed — for example where material becomes outdated or where we lose the right to include something. We may also change prices for future purchases; this will not change the price of a purchase you have already made.

10. Limitation of liability

Course content is provided for educational purposes. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical or other professional advice, and you should take your own professional advice before acting on anything in it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or losses arising from decisions you make based on course content. Where we are found liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the course in question.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, or any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform develops. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to that purchase. The date at the top shows when the terms were last changed.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you where you live.
