What information this website collects, why, and what we do not collect.
This policy explains how Yash Gusain, operating this website as YashGoSign (“we”, “us”), handles personal information. It covers this website at products.yashgosign.com (formerly courses.yashgosign.com).
As of 19 October 2026, this website has no user accounts and no customer login. The one product we sell, the Starter Kit, is paid for by UPI; the payment page then asks for a screenshot of the payment and one way to send you the Kit (section 4). We do not run analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not set our own cookies for tracking.
If you simply read pages on this site or watch the free lessons, we do not ask you for any personal information and we do not build a profile of you.
As with any website, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical request data (IP address, browser type and the page requested) in order to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use that data to identify you, and we do not combine it with anything else.
The lessons are hosted on YouTube and embedded on this site, so your browser contacts Google when you visit a page containing them:
youtube-nocookie.com privacy-enhanced mode, but from that point Google receives your request and handles it under their own privacy policy, as they would if you watched the video on YouTube. We receive nothing from this. We are not told who watched what, and no view is linked to you by us.
If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to put in your message: typically your email address, your name, and the content of your enquiry. We use it only to reply to you and to keep a record of the correspondence.
If you message us on Instagram — for example to buy the Starter Kit from India — your messages are handled by Instagram (Meta) and by the automated messaging tool we use to reply, under their own terms and privacy policies. We use what you send only to answer you and to arrange your purchase.
You pay ₹399 by UPI from your own UPI app, directly to us. The payment page then asks for exactly what we need to find your payment and send you the Kit, and nothing more:
We also record the product, the expected amount, the date, a reference we generate for your submission (it starts with CMK-), a one-way fingerprint of the screenshot file so the same screenshot is not processed twice, and whether we approved or rejected the payment and when the Kit was sent. Submissions made before 19 October 2026 also include the UPI reference the buyer typed. To stop abuse of the form, we keep a one-way, keyed hash of the network address a submission came from — not the address itself. We do not ask for your name or phone number.
Your UPI app and bank also process the payment itself, under their own terms. We see what any payee sees: that the money arrived, the amount, the reference, and the payer name your bank shows.
Earlier purchases. Purchases made through our Cashfree payment form were processed by Cashfree Payments, whose checkout asked for your name, email address and phone number. For those orders our systems store only a one-way hash of your email address and the order details (product, amount, payment reference and date); your name and phone number stay with Cashfree.
We do not collect, see, process or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, net-banking credentials or any equivalent payment credential.
You make a UPI payment in your own UPI app, which handles your UPI PIN and bank details under its own terms and those of your bank. We only ever receive the payment itself and what any UPI payee is shown. For earlier purchases through Cashfree, your payment details were entered with Cashfree, not with us.
We do not currently operate a marketing mailing list on this platform, and we will not add you to one automatically because you bought something. If we introduce optional email updates in future, joining will require a separate, clearly-labelled opt-in, and every message will contain an unsubscribe link.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising. We share it only with:
Some of these providers operate outside India, which means your information may be processed abroad.
For a Starter Kit payment submitted on this site, the payment screenshot and your email address or Instagram username are erased 90 days after we approve or reject the payment — or, if approved, 90 days after the Kit is sent. The remaining record of the sale (reference, amount, dates, any UPI reference given before 19 October 2026 and decision) is kept for as long as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes.
We keep email and Instagram correspondence for as long as it is useful for support, and delete it when it is not. Earlier Cashfree order records are kept for tax, accounting and legal purposes.
We keep the amount of personal information we hold deliberately small, which is the most effective protection we can offer. Payment credentials never reach our systems. This website is served over HTTPS. No online service can promise perfect security, and we do not claim to.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Note that we may need to retain transaction records to meet legal and tax obligations even after a deletion request, and that deleting your records may end your access to updates for a product you purchased.
To make a request, email gosignwithyash@gmail.com from the address associated with your purchase.
This platform is not directed at children. If you are under 18, please use it only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who should make any purchase on your behalf.
We will update this policy as the platform develops, and whenever what we collect or how we use it changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
